Primaries are more democratic than caucuses
Caucuses give party hacks the most influence over elections, which is why so many state parties use them. Many workers have jobs that don't allow them to attend. Caucuses held on Saturday exclude others due to religious observance. The only remedy is for the national parties to ban caucuses and mandate a primary-only system across the country.
