WTF? WA Republican Caucus closed with 13% of votes uncounted
With 13% of the votes uncounted in a tight race where the two top vote getters were separated by less than 2% of the vote, state party chair Luke Esser decided to declare McCain the winner of the Washington State Republican Caucus. Esser said he just thought it was the right thing to do.
